Clients are solely responsible for configuring appropriate disclosures and obtaining any required consents from callers.
4. How we share information
- Service providers: hosting, telephony, AI model providers, analytics, email, SMS, payment, and CRM vendors that process data on our behalf under contract.
- Clients: if you call a business that uses our AI voice agent, your call information is shared with that business.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
